How we hire in 6 steps

  1. Application

If you are good at what you do, you can pretty much work at any company. BUT if you are the best at what you do – then we want you. Join GCI by submitting your application either here via our website, on our LinkedIn page or on our job boards.

  1. Your application will be reviewed by our team of experts

In the event that you are shortlisted for a position, one of our team members will contact you.

However, if it’s not a perfect fit this time around, keep following us on LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms to find your perfect GCI career fit.

  1. Your first conversation with us

This is an opportunity for you to tell us more about yourself and why you think GCI would be a good fit for you.

This will provide our team with the opportunity to share what makes us unique, what our purpose is and what we can offer you at GCI. After this interaction, you may be shortlisted to showcase your skills by completing a skills performance task.

  1. Selection and short-listing for placement

After you have showcased your skills – this is where all the action happens. You will either have a face-to-face or video interview with your potential manager or team. Depending on the role, a psychometric assessment may need to be completed. The number of interviews may vary depending on the seniority of the role.

  1. Placement

After the final interview has taken place, our executive team will consult with each other to ensure you are the right fit. Whatever the outcome, we will be in touch.

  1. Join us and embark on a career path unlike any other

Congratulations on a job well done!

There will be some final paperwork to get out of the way and we will need to agree on a commencement date. Thereafter, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact at GCI. We look forward to welcoming you on board.
