Natalie joined GCI as the Head of Talent and Organisational Behaviour in 2014. Natalie is responsible for all people related matters at the GCI Group, including recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, staff wellness and transformation. Natalie spent 13 years of her career in telecommunications where she filled various service delivery roles. Her strengths include project management and process implementation. She held the position of Implementations Manager at Vox Telecom and served on the Management Committee for a number of years. Prior to Vox telecom Natalie spent some time traveling the USA.
